We are finishing The Canterbury Tales this week so make sure that you are working hard. There are two major assignments this week that are worth a lot of points. Be ready for:

• Canterbury Tales Final on Tuesday
• Research paper is due Wednesday

This week we will be in the library researching for our research paper and getting through "The Prologue" of the Canterbury Tales. Monday, your MLA homework is due. Great job last week! You have now finished your first unit of senior year Language Arts. Progress reports will be sent out Tuesday. If you like what you see, keep it up. If you want to make an improvement, come talk to me. It is still  earlier enough in the semester for you to get the grade you want. Some important things to note:

• Vocabulary flash cards due Monday for extra credit
• Wednesday is the vocabulary test
• Thursday is a review of MLA that will prepare you for the research paper. Make sure you are in class. There is homework for this night that will be worth big points!
• Friday we will begin reading The Canterbury Tales
